Communications during change:
Defence Evaluation & Research Agency (DERA): Deborah produced an internal communications strategy for DERA (12,000 employees) and subsequently for QinetiQ Plc as it moved to the private sector. Over 12 months improved MORI scores for employee satisfaction with communications by 14% against a background of intense change. Helped to change the mindset of the 7,000 scientists to provide commercial advantage through harnessing science and technology.
Communications strategy:
Deborah produced a communications strategy for the Defence Science & Technology Laboratory (DSTL) over 12 months as it was set up as an agency in MoD, including organisation design, media relations and internal communication. She also worked as an associate with the Radical Group to develop Mission, Vision & Values for DSTL. Improved employee satisfaction with communication during the period of intense changes.
Communications planning:
Health & Safety Executive (HSE): Deborah developed a communication plan including media strategy for the HSE Railways Change Programme.
Coaching:
Provided business coaching for senior managers in the Parkside NHS Trust as it responded to the reorganisation by the NHS.
Issues Management:
Advising the Bar Standards Board on issues management and providing support with the development of a communications strategy.
